Nothing appears

• Confirm the script file loaded (browser network panel) and the markup includes both data-voicgen-player and data-post-id.
• Make sure audio was actually generated for that article in Voicgen and that the id matches what you put in data-post-id.

Wrong site or domain message

The embed ties the page to your Voicgen account using the address in the browser. Use a hostname that is allowed for your site in Voicgen (pay attention to www vs non-www if both exist).

Stuck on loading or generating

Check the Voicgen dashboard to see whether generation finished or failed for that post. Ad blockers or strict privacy extensions can occasionally interfere with loading — try a normal window or another browser to rule that out.

Subscription or billing

If your plan is not active, listeners may not get a player until you renew or upgrade in the Voicgen dashboard.
