Voicgen does not use customer content to train or improve Voicgen models.

However, third-party providers that help us deliver the service may process data under their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of any third-party services that are material to your use of Voicgen. ElevenLabs, for example, states in its privacy and DPA materials that customer data may be processed to provide services, for safety and compliance, and in deidentified or aggregate form for certain improvement activities.
